Pizza Sauce recipe

- 1 can chopped organic tomatoes (400 gr.)
- 1 finely chopped shallot
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 handful fresh basil
- Freshly ground pepper
Drain the chopped tomatoes and pour the drained tomatoes in a blender.
Add shallots, garlic, lemon and sugar and blend until sauce is smooth.
When your pizza sauce is smooth add the chopped basil.
Season with salt and freshly ground pepper.
