I remember the days of studying! Getting rest also helped me out. Plus not waiting until the last minute. But sometimes I did do that, I admit it!

It is so important to develop good study habits. My problem right now is trying to get my daughter to stop studying with music (with words) playing in the background. These sound like some great tips, I have to admit I used to hate studying I don’t do well in traditional test situations so it was awful anytime something was coming around.

Studying continuously without taking a break can really drain you. It’s important to set a good schedule with breaks so you can easily give yourself time to breathe and relax.
I always knew that the right schedule could facilitate studying and work. But I have not always done it. If a person can sort out the schedule, things get much easier. Then there is time, even for rest and fun.

When I was a student, I did a lot of last minute studying. No wonder I had quite a bit of stress and I usually feel that a hug boulder had been lifted off my shoulders once I finished my exams. I I have to do it all over again, I may have to develop better studying habits.
girl you kknow it num 1 gave it away I am for sure easily distracted in my room theirs tv, my cellphone and even music to listen on my laptop but I tend to find a quiet place in my house and thats my moms room and just to breathe for a min .. Gotta say it tho i hate studying cuz i have anxiety and I dont wrk well with overthinking

I know I’ve been doing it all wrong back in college but I don’t know why cramming has always worked for me. I get to memorize more lessons if I cram.

I agree with you on the tips. You absolutely need to take breaks or you will break down and some point, and the studying becomes meaningless. Distractions and removing them also help quite a lot. I think the thing that helped me the most was getting out in front of any assignment I was doing so it never snuck up on me.
